A 75-minute kickoff: we record your baseline and name your next-level moment.
Six 60-minute sessions, every two weeks (two per phase)
A recorded talk review, and support around your big moment
A final showcase: your Day 90 next to your Day 1
A Presence Score at Day 1 and Day 90, from you and 2–3 colleagues, so you can see what changed

Come to the kickoff and the first session and do the work. If it isn’t right for you, tell us within 48 hours of session one and we’ll refund what you’ve paid. Full terms are in the coaching agreement.
