How is this different from executive coaching?

Most coaching hands you a framework or template. Executive Advisory builds your own thinking capacity instead, pairing real frameworks with real space to process. It is diagnostics-first, not templated — the work is built from your specific situation, not a generic curriculum.

What does the process look like?

Every engagement starts with diagnostics drawn from your actual situation, never assumptions, to identify the belief quietly capping your performance. From there, sessions work that belief directly, and the engagement ends with a defined follow-up so the change holds.

Individual 1:1 has no fixed length — it is an ongoing relationship for as long as it serves the transition. Executive team sessions run as a single 90-minute session or an extended half-day-plus format.
