Yes. Many organizations start with Tier 1 to establish the weekly rhythm, then add Tier 2 or Tier 3 once they see the impact and want deeper, company‑specific work.

Tier 1 is ideal for broad access (individual contributors and leaders). Tier 2 focuses on a defined cohort (managers, a sales team, a business unit). Tier 3 is for your senior leadership and key executives.
